Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on kits that have already shipped. Our subscription and individual kits cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable. If you are a subscriber and no longer wish to receive your monthly cocktail kit, be sure to cancel your subscription by the 5th of the month. We strive to send only high quality, fresh ingredients to you. However, if you are unhappy with your items, please let us know so we can find a way to help.
